Please make your reservations directly with the hotels. Please note when booking multiple reservations online a different name must be provided for each room and provide that name at check-in. Please list the number of occupants in the comment field only-it is not necessary to list the names of all occupants due to the number of children in each room. Please note the maximum number of occupants permitted in a room is 4 (per city code) and the room type available will be a double/double-a room with two beds.
We have three hotels that are available at reduced convention rates: Marriott Hotel Downtown Los Angeles, Wilshire Grand Los Angeles, and the Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites.
The Hotels Web sites include information regarding location, amenities, and pricing. You must reference DCLA to get the reduced rate. Be sure and reserve your room early to get the best selection of hotels.
THE LAST DAY TO MAKE RESERVATIONS AND RECEIVE THE CONFERENCE RATE IS MAY 26, 2009.
Several hotels are available until they sell out at reduced convention rates.

- Check into the hotel immediately upon arrival. (Since your room probably won't be available until 3 pm, the hotel will provide storage for your luggage.)
- Check in with a major credit card (even if you wish to pay your final bill by check).
- Note: It is recommended that a debit card not be used for hotel check-in as many hotels block your estimated total bill as a guarantee. Credit card check-in allows you to charge all expenses to your room. If you choose not to use a credit card, you must pay cash in advance, and you may not charge anything to your room.
- Settle your final bill with cash, traveler's checks, major credit card, or check (driver's license and major credit card required). Church checks made out to the hotel for the exact amount will be accepted with credit card back up. No third-party checks are accepted. Please note: for the Westin personal checks are not accepted. Church checks made out to the hotel for the exact amount will be accepted when sent 10 days prior to check in along with the rooming list of the people that the check covers.
- Check with the hotel regarding nonprofit exemption.
- Many hotels now have a surcharge if you check out earlier than scheduled. When you check into your hotel, be sure your checkout date is correct.
No charge will be assessed for room cancellations made on or before May 26. Cancellations made after May 26 will be assessed a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 72 hours of arrival forfeit a one night's room charge and tax. Changes may be made online, by e-mail or by fax until May 26.

From 110 NORTH, exit at 9th St. RIGHT on FLOWER

FROM THE NORTH
From 110 SOUTH, exit at OLYMPIC Blvd. LEFT at bottom of
ramp onto BLAINE. LEFT on 11th St. Immediate RIGHT on CHERRY St, and LEFT into
the West Hall garage.
FROM THE EAST
From 10 WEST, transition to the 110 NORTH (Downtown). EXIT
at PICO Blvd. The PICO off-ramp becomes CHERRY St. Turn RIGHT into the West Hall
parking garage.
FROM THE WEST
From 10 EAST, exit at GRAND Ave. Turn LEFT on OLIVE St., and
LEFT on PICO Blvd. Turn RIGHT on CHERRY St. and RIGHT into the West Hall parking
garage.
